3rd SPace is the 18-30s congregation of St Paul's. We're a fun loving bunch of people from all sorts of backgrounds who are passionate about knowing Jesus, building community and changing the world too! We meet together at 6:00 pm every Sunday evening at St. Paul's church building and midweek in small groups across the town. We'd love you to join us!

What we do
3rd SPace started in 2009 and now has about 40 members meeting on a Sunday evening at St. Paul's. Although 3rd SPace is aimed at 18-30s, anyone is welcome to join us. We meet at 5:30 pm for coffee and cake followed by community worship at 7:00 pm. Usually this includes dynamic band-led songs and a talk or discussion focussed on practical issues, followed by prayer ministry and time 'to do business' with God. On the first Sunday of the month we sometimes do things differently - perhaps cook a meal for the homeless or put on a gig night at a local cafe. We also meet midweek at various locations for Bible study, prayer, outreach or simply to hang out and have fun together.

This generation can radically transform our town and our nation for Jesus, so the 3rd SPace vision is
To make Weston's 18-30's into world-changing disciples of Christ.
Our goal is to grow a community of 250 young adults who love the Lord, love the lost and love one another in practical ways, excited by what God is doing in the world.
Our Values
We want to be people who are:
Jesus Centred - fully devoted to following Jesus everyday, searching the scriptures and seeking his priorities.
Relevant - Jesus addressed ordinary people and the issues they faced in their everyday lives - we will too.
Authentic - what you see is what you get. No hidden hypocrisy!
Spirit Empowered - we welcome the Holy Spirit's power at work in us making Jesus known and demonstrating his love to others.
Missional - we live as people on a daily mission to share God's love and message with others.

If you want to find out about the Christian faith, then try coming on an Alpha course. We run a 6 week Alpha course especially for 18-30s. It's very relaxed with discussion over a meal and an opportunity to ask whatever questions you like! For more information about the next course please contact

Worship Weekly 3rd SPace meets at 5:30 pm for 6:00 pm each Sunday. Come and join us!
Join a Branch Branch groups are midweek meetings that take place in different places across the town. 3rd Space Branch groups meet on a Monday evening (contact Claire Todd or Susan Cantello), or at Costa Coffee in the town centre on a Tuesday evening at 6:00 pm
Give regularly There are lots of different ways to give financially. You can put offerings in the 'Cheerful Giving' boxes in the church, you can set up a tax-efficient standing order, or give via Paypal throug the St. Paul's website. Giving is a joy because God blesses you so much!
Join a Team Many people at 3rd SPace are part of a team at St. Paul's - whether it is helping with hospitality, serving the kids and youth, worship, events or helping one of the projects of our sister charity Lighthouse. There are plenty of opportunities!
