Sundays
In the church buildings, Walliscote Road, BS23 1EF
09:30 - Formal Worship. This congregation shares bread and wine just as Jesus asked us to and looks at the Bible together. There is a choir, organist and traditional prayers.
11:00 - Informal Worship. This congregation worships with the help of a band leading contemporary worship songs, clear and relevant teaching, groups for under 14s and prayer for healing.
11.00 - Children’s Church. This congregation is a fully functioning church but targeted at Children of KS1 and KS2 age. There is worship, bible teaching, breaking of bread, prayer, games and prayer ministry. (Website coming later in 2010)
18:30 for 19.00 - 3rd SPace. This congregation is a gathering of young adults (18-33) who want to build radical communities of Jesus followers - passionate and earthy.
Many people are very surprised by what they find inside the church buildings - St Paul’s probably won’t match your preconceptions of what a church is like. Our worship styles are deliberately diverse; and so our congregations draw together a wide cross section of the community. The unity of such a mix of people is a sign that the Kingdom of Heaven is present in Weston-super-Mare.
