SERVE ON TEAM
St Paul’s is not built by a handful of people doing everything, it’s shaped by a community of people choosing to show up, serve, and be part of something bigger together.
Serving on a team is one of the best ways to get connected, build real friendships, and help create a church that feels welcoming, warm, and full of life for Weston-super-Mare. Whether you love meeting people, making coffee, working behind the scenes, being creative, or simply helping where needed, there’s a place for you here.
You don’t need loads of experience or feel like you know everything to get involved. If St Paul’s is your church, then you have a part to play. Every person matters, every contribution counts, and there’s a place for everyone to serve.
Worship is more than music, it’s how we live in response to God. But sung worship holds a special place in the Kingdom; when we sing, we pray twice. We’re looking for singers, musicians, and worship leaders who feel gifted in this area to help lead our church in worship and praise.

Hospitality is more than serving tea and coffee, it’s about creating a space where people feel seen, welcomed, and at home. There are plenty of opportunities to serve across Sundays and midweek life at church. We’d love to hear from you.
Hospitality Team
Production is more than running a Sunday service, it helps create spaces where people can encounter God throughout the week, in the room and online. We’re looking for people to join our audio and visuals teams across church life, with training available for anyone wanting to learn.
