Our Vision
A church rooted in Isaiah 61. Our vision is to see the renewal of our town and lives restored in Jesus’ name.
A Discipling Culture
We’re aiming to raise 250 new disciples of Jesus and row to 500 weekly worshippers across two sites. We want to move fro attendance to active discipleship, where every member is equipped to disciple others and live out their faith visibly in Weston.

Church Revitalisation Culture
We want to be a multiplying church—alive, Spirit-filled, and working together for the good of Weston. That means supporting churches in need across the town, launching new initiatives and leaders, and championing a united vision for the wider church. We're committed to partnering with Love Weston to see lasting transformation in our community.
Social Justice as Mission
Jesus stood with the poor, the marginalised, and the broken—and so must we. We’re committed to becoming a justice hub focused on youth mental health and skills, deepening our theology of compassion, and increasing engagement in social action through strong local and global partnerships.
A Leadership Culture
To grow, we need to raise up home-grown leaders who serve with humility, courage & vision.

Becoming a Minster Church
We believe God is calling us to step into a wider role—serving not just St Paul’s, but the whole town. This means creating shared resources for other churches, influencing town-wide structures and partnerships, and responding boldly to Weston’s growth and change. We envision becoming a recognised hub for mission and training, equipping others to serve and lead across the town.
How to support the Vision
-
Prayer us at the centre of everything we do at St Paul’s. Prayer changes things, and it changes us. We wold love for you to join us throughout the week.
Come along to our weekly Tuesday morning prayer, Thursday morning communion service, or our monthly Thursday morning prayers, and priority prayer. Check the calendar for details.
-
Generosity is part of Christian discipleship and we are very grateful to the members of our congregations who are generous in their giving! These donations help us grow and serve both the St Paul’s community and the wider community.

St Paul’s is not built on the gifts and talents of a few, but on the sacrifice of many. Whether you love getting to know people, are a genius in the kitchen or a dab hand at DIY – we guarantee you there is a place on team for you at St Paul’s. Joining a team is also a great place to make lifelong friendships.

The PCC is now refining priorities, setting timelines, and shaping a practical actin plan. We need your voice in this. We invite you to pray, reflect, and speak into this vision. How does it resonate with your sense of where God is leading? What excites or challenges you?
