1. St Paul’s Young Adults and Students

Hello! Whether you’re a new student, new to the town, an experienced Christian, new to faith, we would love to welcome you. We love creating space for 18-35 year olds in Weston to join together as family.

As a community we want you to feel like you belong, and help you draw closer to each other and to Jesus. There are plenty of ways to get involved and we can’t wait to get to know you!

What we do

Life

We love gathering every Monday night for our small group ‘Echo’, to eat together, have some fun, and explore God’s word together. We also meet mid-week for socials!

Church

Most of our Young adults & Students head to our 6pm service ‘Encounter’ to worship together and respond to what God is saying. Encounter is our informal service where we have encouragements on different topics each week!

Meet our Young Adult & Students Pastor

Amber Wait | Young Adult & Students Pastor

My name is Amber, and I have the privilege of serving as the Young Adult & Students Pastor at St. Paul’s. I am passionate about Jesus, writing poetry, creating music, and—most of all—connecting with young people.

I have a deep desire to share the love of Jesus with Gen Z, to help them experience the transformational freedom that comes with knowing Him. Instead of viewing Gen Z as just statistics or trends, what if we saw them as beloved sons and daughters of the Most High King?

There is a love far beyond anything we could ever truly comprehend, and what if Gen Z became the generation to carry that love with an unshakeable fire and passion? The transformation that is coming over this generation is nothing short of powerful, and I believe that they will lead the way into a new era of faith and love.

When I’m not in ministry, you’ll probably find me listening to vinyl records, writing poetry, or just soaking in the energy and creativity of young people. It’s such an exciting time to be alive, and I believe God is stirring something incredible within the hearts of this generation.
